¡Welcome to the most important conference on Transport and Logistics in Ibero-America! 

Guayaquil, the main port city in Ecuador is delighted to host this international event as well as the first public university in the country, Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, ESPOL.

With 63 years of creation, ESPOL has the commitment to cooperate with society to enhance life conditions and to promote sustanaible and equitable development through competent and complete education, research and innovation.  

Today, as the best public intitution of higuer education in the country, we continue building over milestones and good practices that has lead the institution to be a model of quality education and being recognized worldwide.  

Guayaquil is the largest city of Ecuador with near three million inhabitants. Located in the Pacific Coast, the city owns the main port in the country by which 75% of the foreign trade is driven.
